- لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات إذا تم فتحها أو استخدامها أو غسلها. - يجب أن تكون المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة، وغير مغسولة، ومع التغليف الأصلي. - في حال وجود عيب مصنعي واضح أو تلف عند الاستلام أو وصول منتج مختلف عن الطلب، يرجى التواصل خلال 48 ساعة مع صور واضحة.
سيتم تقييم الحالة، وفي حال قبول الإرجاع سيتم تقديم حل مناسب (استبدال/استرجاع) حسب توفر المنتج وحالة الطلب.
